Left and Right Included. Replacement Hardware Included: 6-M3x12mm button head & 2-washers 

Installation Instructions: 

1. remove body
2. Locate the rear body supports. Remove two M3x10mm screws. 
3. Remover the M3x10mm from rear wing. L/R what side you are on. 
4. Put the support bracket over the brace and reattach with the included M3x12mm
5. Use one M3x12mm and one flat washer to attach brace to rear wing. 
6. Copy steps 2-5 for opposite side
7. Replace body and go racing.

Good idea, but you need to make them a little bit stronger. I got hit once in the back and they both broke.
